SASSA Pay Point: Kai !Garib

Siyafunda was started in 2011. The increasing school drop-out rate, rise in unemployment, HIV/AIDS and a high rate of teenage pregnancy needed a community response. Keimoes community was caught in the grip of poverty and they wanted to bring a change about. The Community came together to find a solution to these issues and this was how Siyafunda was started. Empowering women forms the main focus of the organisation’s programmes. Siyafunda offers paralegal services and where necessary refer cases to lawyers whom they work with.
