SASSA Service Office - Citizen

SASSA Service Office: Graafwater Sports Ground

Key Challenges Identified
  1. Public information regarding documentation needed for grant applications to minimise the number of visits to SASSA & travelling costs
  2. Greater awareness on Regulation 11 – alternative forms of identification
  3. SASSA to service farms better – spend longer hours in farms servicing farm dwellers
  4. Long distances to travel to the service point – too far from community needing SASSA’s services
  5. SASSA to cater for Afrikaans speaking community – often there’s no SASSA official speaking Afrikaans and the majority of this community is Afrikaans speaking
